Ingredients

  • 1 Can Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk 395G Tin
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks drained
  • 24 Ounces Carnation Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml 2 1/2 Cups
  • 3/4 Cup Brown rum
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Bitters
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Pack Maggi Coconut Milk Powder (25g)

Instructions

    1. Remove label from Sweetened Condensed Milk and place in a pot. Fill pot with enough water to cover sealed tin of Condensed Milk. Boil Sweetened Condensed Milk in sealed tin for 2 hours.

    2. Remove from water and allow to cool.

    3. In blender add Condensed Milk, pineapple chunks, Evaporated Milk, rum, bitters, nutmeg and Coconut Milk Powder. Blend until smooth.

    4. Serve on crushed ice
