Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Penne Pasta Cooked
  • 12 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Onion julienned (cut in strips)
  • 10 grams MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Butter, unsalted
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon DLT Flour

Instructions

  • 1.  In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter, sauté onions and garlic with butter for approximately 20 seconds. Stir in flour to make a paste.
  • 2.  Using a whisk carefully incorporate CARNATION EVAPORATED FULL CREAM MILK. When mixture begins to thicken lower heat. Season sauce with MAGGI NATURISIMO.
  • 3.  Add penne pasta to sauce, remove from heat. Toss in parmesan cheese.
  • 4.  Garnish chopped parsley.
