- 1 Cup NATURE'S HEART® OAT EXTRA CREAMY
- 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (or Lime Juice)
- 1 Cup Crushed Ice
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar (Honey or Condensed Milk) optional
- 2 Wedges Lemon (sliced)

Instructions
- 1.Add all the ingredients except the lemon wedges into the blender, blend for a minute or until well combined.
- 2.Serve immediately in glasses with a lemon wedge.
