  • 1 Cup Papaya (diced)
  • 4 Large Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey (optional, or sweetener of choice)
