- 2 1/2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 4 Units Cardamom Pods
- 4 Tablespoons NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Slivered Almonds (toasted)

Instructions
- 1.Boil Evaporated Milk with 2 cardamom pods down to 2/3 quantity. Remove from heat and discard pods. Add Condensed Milk and almonds. Stir thoroughly
- 2.Grind the seeds from the other pods (you can use a clean pepper mill), and add to the milk mixture. Pour cooled mixture into small containers, cover and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- 3.Remove from the freezer and stir to break up the crystals. Repeat every 20 minutes. When too hard to stir, leave to freeze.
- 4.Serve with almonds or sliced fruit.
