Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Nestle® Toll House(since 1939)® Milk Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Nescafé Classic Instant Coffee 100G Glass Jar
  • 2 Teaspoons Gelatin
  • 2 Tablespoons Cold Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons TOLLHOUSE® Cocoa Powder
  • 41.5 Grams Nestle® KitKat® 8 x 4 Finger 4 Fingers

Instructions

  • 1.  In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, bring ¾ of a cup of cream to a simmer. Whisk in TOLLHOUSE SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS and NESCAFE INSTANT COFFEE until chocolate chips melts completely.
  • 2.  Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp of cold water. Add gelatin to chocolate mixture. Set aside.
  • 3.  In an electronic mixer using the whip attachment, whip remaining heavy cream and icing sugar together until stiff peaks forms. Remove from electronic mixture. Using a wooden spoon fold in chocolate mixture in three parts until completely combined. Sprinkle KIT KAT Pieces and incorporate into mousse.
  • 4.  Using a piping bag fitted with a round tip, pipe mixture into dessert bowl or favourite stem glass, disturbing evenly to serve 6.
  • 5.  Garnish with cocoa powder dust.
