Jerk Chicken Legs

A popular seasoning blend in Jamaica often used to marinate different proteins which is then cooked over an open flame on pimento wood.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Legs
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil to brush the grill

Instructions

  • 1.  Season the chicken legs with the Jerk Seasoning and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • 2.  Grill the chicken legs over medium heat, turning each chicken leg until cooked through and browned for 20 minutes.
  • 3.  Serve hot accompanied by fried festival or rice and peas.
