1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with Naturisimo Complete Seasoning, black pepper, 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, thyme, and escallion.
2. Pat dry the chicken before rubbing with seasoned butter, ensure to get under the skin of the chicken. Marinate under refrigeration for at least 60 minutes.
3. Pull chicken from the fridge 20 minutes before baking. Preheat the oven to 400°F(200°C). Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of herbs into the cavity of the chicken before baking for 30 minutes covered with foil in a roasting pan.
4. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, pouring the juices from the roasting pan over the chicken until golden and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
