1. In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat, sauté onions, scallion and sweet pepper until onions are translucent. Add MAGGI LIQUID COCONUT MILK and 1 cup water bring to a boil
2. Dissolve cornmeal in 2 cups of water.
3. Using a whisk or wooden spoon combine cornmeal into liquid mixture over low heat. Keep stirring occasionally. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add MAGGI ALL PURPOSE SEASONING and butter, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in cheeses and remove from heat.
