Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Carrots cubed
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Can NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Unit CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (330ml)
  • 1/2 Cup Stout

Instructions

  1. Place carrots and enough water to cover in blender, pulse for 3 minutes.

  2. Strain contents into a pitcher and discard the leftover pulp. Repeat the process until all the carrot has been blended and strained.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients into the pitcher and stir until fully combined. Chill until ready to drink.
