- 2 Tablespoons Butter (or margarine)
- 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts (chopped)
- 1 cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Unit Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract (or vanilla essence)
- 2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Cups Apples (coarsely chopped, with or without skin)
- 1/4 Cup Caramel Sauce

Instructions
Streusel Topping
- 1.In a medium bowl, mix 2 tablespoons butter, ¼ cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder and ½ cup chopped walnuts for the streusel topping and set aside.
For Muffin Batter
- 2.In another bowl mix Evaporated Milk and vinegar and set aside for 5 minute to make buttermilk.
- 3.After 5 minutes, add oil, egg, brown sugar and vanilla essence to buttermilk mixture. Set aside.
- 4.In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
- 5.Pour buttermilk mixture into flour mixture to form muffin batter and gently fold in the chopped apples.
- 6.Pour batter into pre-lined muffin pans and top each muffin with streusel topping.
- 7.Bake in pre heated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 8.Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before drizzling with caramel sauce.
