2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
3 Tablespoons Oil
2 Tablespoons Escallion
sliced
2 Tablespoons Garlic
minced
1 Cup Mushrooms
sliced
1 Cup Bell Peppers
thinly sliced
2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (250ml)
Instructions
1. Season the beef with Season-Up All-Purpose and black pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Add oil to a heated sauté pan, stir-fry beef strips over medium-high heat for 7 minutes.
3. Remove the beef from the pan before adding the escallion, garlic, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Stir for 3 minutes before using the Full Cream Evaporated Milk to deglaze the pan.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes before adding the beef back to the sauté pan and simmering for an additional 5 minutes. Garnish and serve hot over rice.
