Beef in a Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Beef Fillet thinly sliced
  • 2 Packs Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Escallion sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic minced
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Cup Bell Peppers thinly sliced
  • 2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (250ml)

Instructions

  • 1.  Season the beef with Season-Up All-Purpose and black pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • 2.  Add oil to a heated sauté pan, stir-fry beef strips over medium-high heat for 7 minutes.
  • 3.  Remove the beef from the pan before adding the escallion, garlic, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Stir for 3 minutes before using the Full Cream Evaporated Milk to deglaze the pan.
  • 4.  Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes before adding the beef back to the sauté pan and simmering for an additional 5 minutes. Garnish and serve hot over rice.
