Ingredients

  • 12 Large Strawberries (washed and cut into quarters)
  • 2 Mediums Bananas (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 400 Milliliters Skimmed Milk
  • 75 Milliliters Low Fat Plain Yoghurt/Yogurt
  • 3 Ounces Ice Cubes (about 8 cubes)
  • 4 Smalls Strawberries (washed, for garnish)

Instructions

    1. Pour all ingredients into blender (other than garnish)

    2. Blend for 1 minute on high speed until creamy

    3. Pour into glass. Cut slit in bottom of small strawberries for garnish and rest on rim of glass. Serve with wide straw
