Ingredients
Portions: 4
- 12 Large Strawberries (washed and cut into quarters)
- 2 Mediums Bananas (peeled and cut into small pieces)
- 400 Milliliters Skimmed Milk
- 75 Milliliters Low Fat Plain Yoghurt/Yogurt
- 3 Ounces Ice Cubes (about 8 cubes)
- 4 Smalls Strawberries (washed, for garnish)

Instructions
- 1.Pour all ingredients into blender (other than garnish)
- 2.Blend for 1 minute on high speed until creamy
- 3.Pour into glass. Cut slit in bottom of small strawberries for garnish and rest on rim of glass. Serve with wide straw
