Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Legs with Skin Removed (or desired pieces)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 1/4 Cup MAGGI® Green Seasoning Spicy
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (cubed)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • 1.  Season chicken with MAGGI Season Up, green seasoning and garlic. Marinate for minimum 20 minutes (for best results marinate overnight
  • 2.  Line a baking dish with foil and Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • 3.  Place the seasoned chicken into the baking dish and evenly distribute the cubed butter in the baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • 4.  Remove cooked chicken from the oven. Drain liquid into a small pot.
  • 5.  Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until sauce has reduced and thickened.
  • 6.  Add reduced sauce to cooked chicken, ensuring that each piece is coated in the sauce and place in the oven, uncovered for 15-20 minutes so that the sauce adheres to the chicken.
  • 7.  Serve hot
