Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Shrimp (approximately 18 large shrimp)
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Citrus
  • 2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Mediums Eggs (beaten with 1/4 cup water)
  • 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder
  • 3 Cups Oil For Frying
  • 2 Ounces Sweet Thai Chili Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • 1.  Season shrimp with Green Seasoning, chadon beni, Sesaon Up , lime juice and water. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes
  • 2.  Place flour in a plate, pour beaten egg into a separate bowl and in another bowl mix breadcrumbs with Coconut Milk Powder.
  • 3.  Dredge each shrimp into flour, then dip into egg wash and then coat with breadcrumb mixture
  • 4.  Fry coated shrimp in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  • 5.  Serve immediately with sweet Thai chili sauce.
