A crepe is a very thin pancake that is often filled with chocolate, fresh fruits or whipped cream. Originally eaten as a breakfast meal whether savory or sweet.

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 Units Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup NESTLÉ 100% Full Cream Cow's Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 Cup Plums, Raw
  • 1/2 Cup Mango

Instructions

  • 1.Sift the flour and salt into a bowl.
  • 2.Combine all the wet ingredients before incorporating with the dry ingredients. Ensure the batter is thick and lump-free. Refrigerate the batter for 1 hour before use.
  • 3.Heat a 6” non-stick pan and lightly brush with butter, pour 3 ounces of the batter into the pot.
  • 4.Very quickly swirl the batter around to coat the bottom of the pan with a thin layer. Pour off any excess batter.
  • 5.Allow to cook for 1 - 1 ½ minutes on the first side before flipping over to the other side and repeating the process
  • 6.Once the crepes have been cooked, fill with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh fruits before rolling, serve immediately and enjoy.
