  • 1 Box Cherry Flavoured Jello (3oz, red)
  • 3 Tablespoons Gelatin Powder (divided)
  • 2 1/2 Cups Hot Water (divided)
  • 1 Cup Cold Water (divided)
  • 1 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (warmed)
  • 1 Can NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Box Lime Flavoured Jello (3oz, green)
  • 0 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream (for garnish, if desired)

Instructions

  • 1.Line the inside of an 8” x 13” glass dish with plastic wrap. Set aside.
  • 2.In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cherry flavoured jello, 1 ½ tsp of unflavoured gelatin powder and 1 cup of hot water. Stir until everything is dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water and stir to incorporate. Pour half of this mixture into the prepared pan and place in freezer to chill for 20 minutes to set.
  • 3.In another medium bowl, hydrate 2 tbsp of unflavoured gelatin in ½ cup hot water. Then whisk in the Evaporated Milk and Sweetened Condensed Milk. Gently pour half of this mixture over already set red layer of jello and place in freezer to chill for 20 minutes to set.
  • 4.In a medium mixing bowl, combine the lime flavoured jello, 1 ½ tsp of unflavoured gelatin powder and 1 cup of hot water. Stir until everything is dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water and stir to incorporate. Gently pour half of this mixture over already set Milk layer of jello and place in freezer to chill for 20 minutes to set.
  • 5.Repeat layers of remaining mixtures alternation the colours to form a pattern. Chilling each layer to set before adding another layer.
  • 6.Once jelly has set fully, unmould and cut into favourite shapes and garnish with whipped cream before serving.
