Potato & Pumpkin Soup with Smoked Bones
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Smoked Bones
- 1/4 Cup Green Seasoning
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
(or margarine)
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Unit Onion
(minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Pimento/ Seasoning Pepper
(minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
(minced)
- 1 Pound Pumpkin
(peeled and finely diced)
- 1 Pound Potatoes
(peeled and finely diced)
- 1 Package MAGGI® Soup It Up! Vegetable Soup Mix
- 7 Cups Hot Water
- 1 Cube MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes
- 1.5 Pounds Mixed Provisions
(peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes)
