Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Mixed Chicken Parts cut-up
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 6 1/4 Cups Water , divided
  • 0.5 Pound Pumpkin , peeled and diced
  • 2 Units Chayote / Cho-Cho , peeled and diced
  • 0.5 Pound Potatoes , diced
  • 1 Piece Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  • 5 Teaspoons MAGGI® Chicken Stock

Instructions

  • 1.  Season cut-up chicken parts with Season-Up Chicken, allow to marinate until ready for use.
  • 2.  In a small bowl, combine flour and just enough water (about ¼ cup) to make a stiff dough. Set aside until ready for use.
  • 3.  In a large boiling pot over medium-high heat, bring remaining water to a boil before adding Chicken Flavoured Stock and seasoned chicken.
  • 4.  Divide the dough into 10 pieces and roll each piece between the palms of your hands to make spinners. Add each to the pot and all remaining ingredients.
  • 5.  Allow the soup to boil for 20 minutes over medium heat or until all vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. Serve hot and enjoy!
