Simple Fried Rice
Who needs to take a trip to their favourite chinese restaurant? Here's a quick recipe to rival any fried rice.
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Rice Flour, White, Unenriched
Cooked, Cooled
- 1/4 Cup Escallion
Thinly Sliced
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic
Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Onion
Chopped
- 2 Pieces Egg
Whisked
- 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
- 3 Tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 10 grams MAGGI® Rice it Up Chinese Fried Rice Seasoning

2. In the same wok at 1 tbsp. oil and heat over medium heat. Add a mixed vegetable, onions and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes or until onions are translucent. Increase heat to high and add remaining oil. Immediately add rice, and green onions, soya sauce, Maggi Chinese Fried Rice, Rice It Up, and stir until combined. Continue tossing rice for an additional 3 minutes to fry rice. Add eggs and stir to combine.
