- 6 Stems Chive
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme
- 4 Pieces Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger
- 1 Unit Scotch Bonnet
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Ground All Spice
- 3 Units Whole Cloves
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 Pounds Chicken legs and thighs
- 6 Teaspoons Maggi® Season-Up! Jerk
( 3 oks Maggi® Season-Up! Jerk (10g) )
- 8 Ounces Beer

5. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C) and line a roasting pan with foil.

6. Place seasoned chicken onto rack in roasting pan, pour beer into the bottom of the pan and cover with foil.
