Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 4 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Chicken Cube (crumbled)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken (shredded)
  • 1 Head Lettuce (washed)
  • 1/4 Cup Chive (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  • 1.  In a bowl mix the first 10 ingredients until well combined.
  • 2.  In a saucepan over medium low heat, cook sauce for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • 3.  Add shredded chicken and coat with sauce.
  • 4.  Spoon some chicken into each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle chives and sesame seeds on each lettuce wrap.
