Ingredients

  • 250 Grams Pasta of choice
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (or margarine)
  • 1 Small Onion (diced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano (fresh oregano can also be used)
  • 2 Teaspoons Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 3/4 cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (Carnation Reduced Fat Evaporated Milk can also be used)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Flavour D' Pot Chicken
  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast (boneless, cooked and diced)
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets (blanched)

Instructions

  • 1.  Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 2.  Sauté onion, garlic, oregano and parsley in butter for 2 minutes.
  • 3.  Add flour and mix. Cook for 3 minutes. Add CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and MAGGI® Flavour D’ Pot Chicken stirring constantly.
  • 4.  Add cooked chicken and broccoli. Cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve on cooked pasta. Or add pasta to this sauce stirring to coat and serve hot.
