  • 1/4 Cup Hard Caramel Candies Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Peppermint Candies Chopped
  • 1 Cup DLT Nestlé Cream 300G Tin
  • 1 Can Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk 395G Tin
  • 1 1/2 Cup DLT CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice, Raw
  • 12 Ounce Avocados, Raw, All Commercial Varieties

  • Halve the avocados, remove pits and use a large spoon to scoop out the flesh. Place avocado, lemon juice, Evaporated Milk and Sweetened Condensed Milk in blender and puree until smooth.
  • Reduce blender speed to low and slowly add the Cream.
  • Place mixture in an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions .This ice cream set-in very fast, so count on it only 5 to 10 minutes to process to soft-serve consistency.
  • Incorporate the chopped peppermint and chopped caramel candies into ice cream.
  • Serve immediately or place in freezer for 3 to 4 hours for a firmer texture.
