Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cassava, chopped
  • 2 Sweet peppers, diced
  • 1 can (105g) Pink Salmon, drained
  • ½ cup Whole kernel corn
  • 1 pk. MAGGI Season Up Fish
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Sweet Chilli sauce / pepper jelly

Instructions

  • 1.  Boil cassava until tender, drain and mash.
  • 2.  To cassava add sweet pepper, salmon, corn, egg and Season Up. Mix well
  • 3.  Form 12 patties and coat patties with breadcrumbs.
  • 4.  Bake patties at 425°F (218°C) for 3 minutes on each side or pan fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown
  • 5.  Combine mayonnaise and chilli sauce. Set aside.
  • 6.  Serve Fritters with sauce.
