Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Warm Water
  • 1 Pack Instant Yeast (11g)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Pepper (and other toppings of choice)

Instructions

  • 1.  Combine the water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes or until foamy. In a stand mixer, combine the flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the yeast mixture and oil. Mix until it forms a firm dough.
  • 2.  Brush a bowl lightly with oil, set aside. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in the prepared bowl and turn to coat in oil. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm, draught-free place to rise for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size.

Making the Sauce

  • 3.  Mix tomato paste, tomato ketchup, Naturisimo Complete Seasoning and set aside.
  • 4.  Turn out the dough on a floured board again and knead until smooth and cut in half. Roll out dough balls thin enough to fit into two 8- inch trays lined with parchment paper.
  • 5.  Spread prepared sauce on pizza dough and sprinkle with grated cheese and other toppings of your choice.
  • 6.  Bake at 400 ̊F (200 ̊C) for 15 - 20 min. or until crust is cooked to your preference
