Ingredients

  • 6 Pieces Eggs
  • 2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 Tablespoon DLT Maggi® Season-Up!® All Purpose
  • 2 Cups Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin, Baked diced
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Cup Sweet Pepper diced
  • 1/2 Cup Onion diced
  • 1/4 Cup Crumbled Cooked Bacon

Instructions

  • 1.  Beat eggs and mustard in large bowl with a wire whisk until well blended.
  • 2.  Add remaining ingredients; stir gently, mix well.
  • 3.  Pour into lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  • 4.  Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F (180C) for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cut into 5 slices.
