Grandma's Corn Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine (or butter, melted)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 1 Can Cream Style Corn (15oz)
  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (15oz)

Instructions

  • 1.  Beat eggs until light and fluffy
  • 2.  In a separate bowl, the Evaporated Milk, flour, sugar, melted margarine or butter and Season Up.
  • 3.  Add the mixture to the beaten eggs. Gently stir in the cream style corn and whole kernel corn.
  • 4.  Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and place dish in a Bain Marie.
  • 5.  Bake in preheated oven at 350˚F (180˚C) for 30 mins or until a pick inserted comes out clean.
