1. In mixing bowl whisk together eggs, MAGGI Liquid Coconut Milk, NESTLE CARNATION Evaporated Milk, NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk, vanilla essence, ground nutmeg and a salt.
2. Working in batches, soak bread in batter then coat evenly with crushed NESTLE Cinnamon Toast Crunch Breakfast Cereal.
3. Over medium heat, coat a non-stick fry pan with pan spray. Cook evenly on all sides until golden brown. Makes 12 sticks. Suggested serving size is 2 sticks.
4. For Pineapple Syrup: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ORCHARD Pineapple Juice and sugar. Reduce for approximately 10 minutes. Add pineapple chunks and rum. Cook for 5 minutes. Makes approximately half cup. Serve 2 tablespoons with 2 sticks of french toast. Garnish with whipped topping. Recipe serves approximately 6 persons.
