Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup NESTLÉ® Omega Low Fat Milk
  • 4 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Apples (diced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

  • 1.  Pour half cup of rolled oats into each of the jars. Shake to level.
  • 2.  Add half cup of Milk in each jar, and then 2 teaspoons of chia seeds.
  • 3.  Top with half cup of yoghurt, ¼ cup diced apples, a tablespoon of honey and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon into each jar.
  • 4.  Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Oats will be ready to serve in the morning.
