1. Scald washed goat head and tripe in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Discard the water and add 4 cups of water, and Vegetable Seasoning Cubes. Boil over medium heat for 60 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
2. While the meat is boiling, in a separate mixing bowl combine remaining ½ cup of water with flour and combine into a dough to make spinners.
3. Add prepared vegetables, Vegetable Soup Mix, and spinners to the soup and cook for an additionally 20 minutes.
4. Adjust seasoning and flavours if necessary and remove from the heat once all vegetables and meat have been cooked. Serve hot and enjoy!
