Ingredients
4 Large Eggs
2/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or Vanilla Essence)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
2 Tablespoons Butter
10 Slices White Bread (or brioche bread)
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
Instructions
1.
Blend or whisk first seven ingredients until combined with not lumps, Pour mixture into a wide shallow dish.
2.
Preheat griddle or large frying pan over medium heat. Add butter to grease skillet.
3.
Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides well. Then place coated bread onto preheated griddle.
4.
Cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
5.
Serve warm with syrup or toppings of choice.
