Ingredients

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or Vanilla Essence)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 10 Slices White Bread (or brioche bread)
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • 1.  Blend or whisk first seven ingredients until combined with not lumps, Pour mixture into a wide shallow dish.
  • 2.  Preheat griddle or large frying pan over medium heat. Add butter to grease skillet.
  • 3.  Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides well. Then place coated bread onto preheated griddle.
  • 4.  Cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • 5.  Serve warm with syrup or toppings of choice.
