Ingredients
- 1 Pound Snapper Fillets
(cleaned)
- 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season-Up Fish
- 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Jerk Seasoning Mild
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
(or Lime Juice)
- 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
- 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
(to taste)
- 4 Units Flour Tortillas
- 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
(or Cabbage, shredded)
- 1/4 Cup Tomatoes
(sliced)
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion
(julienned)

5. On a clean surface open tortilla and spread chopped romaine in the centre, add grilled fillet, tomatoes, cranberries and red onions, drizzle with spicy ranch.
