Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers
(diced)
- 4 Units Garlic Cloves
(diced)
- 1 Stalk Celery
(diced)
- 0.5 Pound Saltfish
rinsed and boiled once (to remove some salt)
- 1/4 Cup Pumpkin
(diced)
- 1/2 Cup Nature's Heart Almond Unsweetened Drink
- 4 1/2 Cups Water
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Soup It Up! Fish Tea
- 1 Medium Carrot
(cut into rounds)
- 2 Sprigs Thyme
- 4 Sprigs Chive/Escallion
(chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
(to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
- 1/2 Cup NESQUIK® Chocolate Flavoured Cereal
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season-Up Ginger

3. Add saltfish, pumpkin, Nature’s Heart Almond Drink Unsweetened®, water, MAGGI® Soup It Up Fish Tea and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
