Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Long Grain White Rice
Cooked, cooled
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic
Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Onion
Chopped
- 2 Units Eggs
Whisked
- 1/4 Cup Escallion
Thinely Sliced
- 1 Cup Shrimp,
Cooked
- 2 Teaspoons Scotch Bonnet
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 10 grams MAGGI® Rice it Up Chinese Fried Rice Seasoning
Instructions

2. In the same wok at 1 tbsp. oil and heat over medium heat. Add a shrimp, onions and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes or until onions are translucent. Increase heat to high and add remaining oil. Immediately add rice, and green onions, scotch bonnet pepper, soya sauce, MAGGI CHINESE FRIED RICE, RICE IT UP, and stir until combined.
