Vegetarian Bean Burgers with Spicy Corn Salsa
Ingredients
- 26 Ounces Black Beans
Drained, rinsed and pat dried
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Onion
Finely Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic
Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Escallion
Chopped
- 4 Teaspoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Cup Tortilla Chips, Low Fat, Baked Without Fat
Crushed
- 2 Mediums Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sauce, Worcestershire
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Onion
Finely Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic
finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Escallion
Finely Chopped
- 1 Cup Whole Kernel Corn
- 2 Tablespoons Red Bell Peppers
Finely Diced
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes

2. In a sauté pan heat olive oil and sauté onion, garlic and escallions, until onions are translucent. Place in a large bowl or in a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Stir or pulse everything together, then add the black beans. Mash with a fork or pulse the mixture. Leaving large chunks of beans.
