Stir Fried Chicken in White Wine Coconut Cream
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- 1/2 Cup Carrots, Raw
- 1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers
- 2 Tablespoons Onion
Medium diced
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic
Finely Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
Peeled, Finely Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Oil, Coconut
Instructions

2. In a sauté pan over medium heat, heat oil. Once oil is hot sauté onion, garlic and ginger, until onions are translucent add marinated chicken.

3. Add white wine to pan, reduce for 3 minutes. Once, reduced add MAGGI LQUID COCONUT MILK, simmer for 5 minutes.
