Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Escallion
chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Onion
finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Quinoa, cooked
- 1 Cube MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes
- 1 Cup Red Kidney Beans
cooked
- 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
- 1 Piece Egg
beaten
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Cup Sweet Pepper
cut in thin strips
- 1/4 Cup Zucchini
cut in thin strips
- 1 Cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

2. For Quinoa: rinse quinoa and drain excess water. Bring to a boil water and MAGGI Vegetable Seasoning Cube. Add rinsed quinoa to water, simmer until water evaporates completely. Over low heat, cook quinoa covered for 10 minutes or until light and fluffy. Put to cool in a refrigerator.

3. In a mixing bowl, mash kidney beans, add sautéed onions, MAGGI Naturisimo and remaining ingredients.
