Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Envelope Instant Yeast
(1 pack)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Margarine
(melted)
- 1/3 cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
(warm)
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
(or vanilla essence)
- 2 Units Eggs
(beaten)
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
- 2 Ounces Margarine
(melted)

8. Slice the dough vertically, into 6 equal-sized strips. Stack the strips on top of one another and stack into six equal slices once again. You'll have six stacks of six squares. Layer the dough squares in the loaf pan like a flip-book. Place a kitchen towel over the loaf pan and place in a warm place for 30-45 minutes or until almost doubled in size.
