Ingredients
1.5 Pounds Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4 Cups Water
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
6 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
2 Teaspoons Garlic (minced)
3 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)
3 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (or 1 small sweet pepper)
2 Mediums Cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped)
4 Mediums Tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
1 Medium Onion (sliced)
Instructions
1.
Steam shrimp for 5 minutes or until cooked. Set aside.
2.
In a large bowl combine water, lime juice, Cube, Pepper Sauce, garlic, 1 tablespoon chadon beni and pimento peppers.
3.
Add cooked shrimp, cucumber, tomatoes and onions Leave to marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
4.
Garnish with remaining chadon beni before serving.
