Ingredients

  • 1.5 Pounds Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 6 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic (minced)
  • 3 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)
  • 3 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (or 1 small sweet pepper)
  • 2 Mediums Cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped)
  • 4 Mediums Tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
  • 1 Medium Onion (sliced)

Instructions

  • 1.  Steam shrimp for 5 minutes or until cooked. Set aside.
  • 2.  In a large bowl combine water, lime juice, Cube, Pepper Sauce, garlic, 1 tablespoon chadon beni and pimento peppers.
  • 3.  Add cooked shrimp, cucumber, tomatoes and onions Leave to marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • 4.  Garnish with remaining chadon beni before serving.
