Ingredients
1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder (or Cardamom)
3 Tablespoons Mixed Seeds & Nuts (Pecans, sunflower, almonds etc)
1 Medium Apple (grated)
1 Cup Plain Yogurt/Yoghurt
1 Cup NESTLÉ® Green Butterfly Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 Tablespoon Green Butterfly Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or Vanilla essence)
1/2 Cup Apple (or fresh fruit of choice)
Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except fresh fruit for topping. Stir to combine thoroughly.
2.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
3.
Top with fresh fruit and enjoy
