Ingredients

  • 12 Ounces Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Cup NESTLÉ® Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Peppermint Candies (chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Hard Caramel Candies (chopped)

Instructions

  • 1.  Halve the avocados, remove pits and use a large spoon to scoop out the flesh. Place avocado, lemon juice, Evaporated Milk and Sweetened Condensed Milk in blender and puree until smooth.
  • 2.  Reduce blender speed to low and slowly add the Cream.
  • 3.  Place mixture in an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions .This ice cream set-in very fast, so count on it only 5 to 10 minutes to process to soft-serve consistency.
  • 4.  Incorporate the chopped peppermint and chopped caramel candies into ice cream.
  • 5.  Serve immediately or place in freezer for 3 to 4 hours for a firmer texture.
