1. Boil Evaporated Milk with 2 cardamom pods down to 2/3 quantity. Remove from heat and discard pods. Add Condensed Milk and almonds. Stir thoroughly
2. Grind the seeds from the other pods (you can use a clean pepper mill), and add to the milk mixture. Pour cooled mixture into small containers, cover and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from the freezer and stir to break up the crystals. Repeat every 20 minutes. When too hard to stir, leave to freeze.
