Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Nestlé® GOLD Flakes Cereal 390g Box (crushed)
  • 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Can NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 1/2 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
  • 3 Large Egg Yolk
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream (whipped)

Instructions

  • 1.  Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C)
  • 2.  Place Cereal in a processor grind until finely ground. Add butter, pulsing until combined. Press cereal mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate; freeze for 10 minutes.
  • 3.  Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • 4.  In a large bowl, whisk together Sweetened Condensed Milk and remaining four ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
  • 5.  Bake for 15 minutes or until centre of pie is set. Let cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  • 6.  Garnish with whipped cream.
