1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat sear pork chops on both sides uniil golden brown.
2. Reduce heat to low. Add onions and water; cover and cook for 25 minutes or until chops are tender. Remove chops to a serving platter; cover and keep warm.
3. Gradually stir flour into the pan and slowly add evaporated milk until smooth; add sage and thyme. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until boiling and thickened.
4. Add MAGGI® Onion Garlic Cubes and stirring to dissolve.
