Creamy Chicken and Corn Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1/2 Cup Onion diced
  • 3 Pieces Garlic chopped
  • 7 Cups Water
  • 2 Sprigs Thyme
  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast skinless
  • 2 Cups Cream Style Corn
  • 1 Packet Maggi® Soup it Up!® Cock SOUP MIX
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Escallion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • 1.  In a large saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until onions until translucent. Add water and thyme, bring to a boil.
  • 2.  Add chicken breast, and cook until tender. Remove chicken once cooked. Allow chicken to cool, using a fork shred chicken finely.
  • 3.  Add corn to pot, simmer for 5 minutes. Add MAGGI CHICKEN FLAVOUR SOUP IT UP simmer for another 5 minutes. Add NESTLE CARNATION EVAPORATED FULL CREAM MILK and shredded chicken breast and stir until combined. Remove soup from heat.
  • 4.  Garnish with scallion.
