1 Packet MAGGI® Rice it Up Chinese Fried Rice Seasoning
4 Cups Cooked Parboiled Rice
(boiled without salt)
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
Instructions
1. In a heavy bottomed pot, heat vegetable oil and butter until butter has melted. Add garlic, pimiento/seasoning peppers and onions. Sauté on medium heat until onions are translucent.
2. Add carrots, sweet peppers, green beans cook for 2 minutes. Add Rice It Up Fried Rice, stirring to ensure all the vegetables are coated with the seasonings.
3. Add cooked rice and soy sauce to the pot stirring to ensure that all of the rice has been well coated.
