Ingredients
- 2.5 Pounds Chicken parts
(cleaned and cut into small pieces)
- 2 Packs MAGGI® Season Up Chicken (10g)
- 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 large Onion
(diced)
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
(minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Pimento/ Seasoning Pepper
(minced)
- 1 Can Green Pigeon Peas
(drained)
- 2 Cups Rice
- 1 Cup Pumpkin
(cut into cubes)
- 1 Medium Carrot
(peeled and diced)
- 1 Pack MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (50g)
- 3 Cups Boiling Water
- 4 Cubes MAGGI® Chicken Tomato Cubes
(or MAGGI® Chicken Cubes)
- 1 Unit Hot Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni/Culantro
(minced)
Instructions

1. Season chicken with Season Up, Green Seasoning, onion, garlic and pimento/seasoning pepper. For best results marinate overnight.

4. Add rice, pumpkin, carrot and pigeon peas. Combine warm water, Coconut Milk Powder and Chicken Cubes and add to the pot.
