- 1/4 Cup Banana (frozen)
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup Almonds
- 2 Ounces Strawberry Yoghurt (approx ¼ cup)
- 2/3 Cup CARNATION® Reduced Fat Evaporated Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence (or vanilla extract)
