Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Snapper
(or any other fish of choice, approx. 6 slices)
- 2 Packets Maggi® Season-up! Fish Powdered Seasoning (10g)
- 2 Units Lime
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Medium Onion
(finely chopped)
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic
(minced)
- 4 Mediums Tomatoes
(diced)
- 2 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers
- 2 Tablespoons Chive
(finely chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Celery
(finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Chadon Beni
(finely minced)
- 2 Teaspoons Thyme
(finely minced)
- 3 Cubes MAGGI® Chicken Tomato Cubes
(dissolved into 2 cups hot water)
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

2. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Saute onions, garlic, tomatoes, pimento peppers, chive, celery, chandon beni/cilantro and thyme for 5 minutes.
